Jade graduated with an LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch and went on to complete her articles in Somerset West working with a wide array of different clients and different legal matters. She has been admitted as an attorney at the High Court in South Africa.
She speaks English, German and Afrikaans, and has been duly admitted as a sworn translator of the High Court of South Africa in these languages. Jade has a keen interest in property law, property related disputes, general civil litigation and dispute resolution, commercial law and corporate law related matters

Bernhard Waugh, a seasoned legal expert and Sworn Translator of the High Court proficient in German, English, and Afrikaans, holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Law Subjects and a Postgrad LLB from Stellenbosch University. Notable for excelling in the national commercial module and earning the title of "Gentleman of the Year" at the UCT School for Legal Practice, Bernhard specializes in diverse aspects of commercial law, focusing on corporate law for startups and SMEs, property law, compliance, deceased estates and will drafting.
